Graduate Students & Post-docs: March 1st
Community Learners: July 15th
The application submission deadlines are for our September 1st start date; all material must be received by the stated deadline (ie., not post-marked by the deadline). Due to the nature of cluster learning, learners in the program must live in the Vancouver area. Positions for Community Learners and Postdoctoral Fellows occasionally become available at other times as well; please contact Faye Pedersen for an update at pchr@interchange.ubc.ca
Renewal Application Guidelines & Deadlines

For continuation beyond the following September 1st, the renewal submission deadline is March 1st for academic learners and July 15th for community learners.
Those who apply will be notified within a month of the deadline.
Renewal applications are reviewed at the same time as new applications, to be able to consider the overall cluster mix. This includes those who are not seeking PCHR funding, as we also need to consider the additional resources, as well as our stipend budget, needed for more learners (e.g., additional mentors, additional staff support, larger rooms for workshops). Therefore, the renewal deadline is firm and it is the responsibility of each applicant to meet the deadline (i.e., current learners cannot assume that they will be reminded about the renewal deadline).
Please note that if you are applying for a different cluster than your current one, you will need to submit a full Application Form rather than a Renewal Form, as the representatives from the new cluster who will be reviewing your application usually do not know you well.
